If you have a requirement to deliver a secure event with a physical or virtual aspect, we offer a Secure Events Platform as a Service (SEPS). We offer in-person event aspects for secure events where discretion is a requirement. We will visit your event location, design, and build a large-scale AV solution including stage/set design and building, simultaneous on-location audio/video mixing, projections, and filming. For space-limited locations, we will build a temporary studio for filming/live-streaming purposes.

Our SEPS also offers Hybrid and Virtual Support. We own a secure Microsoft Azure environment, situated within a secure HMG IA2 Azure environment. The environment was initially built to a previously agreed design that was supported by the national accreditor for use by the Home Office.

We have since expanded the functionality of this environment, utilising features, and aspects of educational and enterprise features to maximise functionality in secure collaborative events which we host on Microsoft Teams. We now offer access to this secure environment to organisations and individuals with a requirement to deliver a virtual event with a strict requirement for security. Due to much of the content discussed and shared using our platform, access and recorded data is strictly controlled. This allows us to offer security up to Official-Sensitive classification.

We have supported and delivered several large-scale events with upwards of 10,000 live virtual attendees for several organisations delivering talks and presentations which are sensitive, and of which security is of utmost importance. We have also delivered many smaller internal CPD events for secure HMG organisations and police forces.

We have a dedicated team, experienced in running and facilitating events and regular continual professional development (CPD) for law enforcement and government organisations. As such we are extremely experienced in troubleshooting technical challenges found within LEA and Gov systems. The team is experienced in delivering sensitive, international events in all formats: direct in-person, virtual and hybrid and all members involved in the delivery of events hold security clearance to SC level.
